Give it air.

Allow your hat to air until fully dry. Keep it away from radiators, heaters and other sources of direct heat.

Attend to small marks.

For minor marks, test a hidden area first, then gently blot with a cool, damp cloth. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the felt. Let the hat dry fully afterwards.

When it needs more.

For a full clean, we recommend advice from a wool-felt specialist and a hidden-area test first.

Avoid rubbing, twisting, wringing, machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching and ironing. Full home-wash instructions will be added once they have been verified for the production hats.

Put it away with care.

Store your hat completely dry and uncompressed. Keep it in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct heat. Give the crown and brim room to keep their shape.
